Afghanistan

Afghanistan is a state party to the Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons, but it has not participated in any CCW meetings on autonomous weapons systems to date.Afghanistan is a member of the Non-Aligned Movement, which supports the negotiation of a legally binding instrument on autonomous weapons systems. Afghanistan has not spoken independently on the need for a legally binding instrument.
