Togo has attended some Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons meetings on autonomous weapons systems.
Togo is a member of the Non-Aligned Movement and the African Group, both of which support the negotiation of a legally binding instrument on autonomous weapons systems. Togo has not spoken independently on the need for a legally binding instrument.
